Key Responsibilities Core Ownership Areas Own integrated marketing plans and calendars across both brands; ship outputs on schedule. Drive qualified lead generation and pipeline contribution through LinkedIn, email, events, and referrals. Lead sales enablement deliverables: brochures, presentations, datasheets, case studies, and proposal support materials. Own go-to-market (GTM) execution for the industrial intelligence platform (positioning, launches, campaigns). Maintain brand consistency across website, social, decks, events, and all outbound materials. Lead and develop a small in-house marketing team; manage freelancers/agencies per project with clear briefs and checkpoints. Marketing Operations \& Reporting Establish repeatable workflows for briefs, approvals, production, and asset management. Track and report key marketing KPIs (campaign performance, lead volume/quality, website and content metrics) on a weekly/monthly cadence. Maintain organized marketing asset libraries, templates, and brand guidelines. Coordinate events, sponsorships, and field marketing logistics; ensure execution quality end-to-end. Partner with sales and technical teams to gather inputs, validate technical accuracy, and keep messaging credible. experience sa software marketing and building a community (online or offline) for B2B or B2C software Prepare weekly or monthly marketing activity reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with 2\+ years leading a team and delivering end-to-end campaigns. Proven experience in software marketing, driving user acquisition, engagement, and product adoption for B2B and/or B2C software products. Experience building and growing online and/or offline communities through events, content, partnerships, and engagement initiatives to strengthen customer relationships and brand advocacy. Proven track record in launching campaigns and producing sales materials that contribute to pipeline and closed deals.
