Job Description Keep support shifts running without gaps. You will match support workers to participant needs, manage last-minute changes, and keep schedules accurate for an Australian NDIS provider, working Philippine day shift to stay aligned with Australian business hours. Responsibilities Manage staff schedules and shift allocations for support workers Match support workers to participant needs, location, and availability Handle shift changes, cancellations, and last-minute adjustments calmly and quickly Communicate schedule updates clearly to staff and participants Maintain accurate records for compliance and payroll or timesheet purposes Requirements At least 6 months of rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination experience (NDIS, disability support, aged care, or healthcare strongly preferred) Comfortable working Australian business hours during Philippine day shift Excellent written and verbal English Calm, organized, and able to handle urgent changes without losing track of details Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup Preferred Qualifications Experience with ShiftCare, Lumary, VisualCare, CareMaster, SupportAbility, or Deputy Direct NDIS provider experience Pay: Php35,000\.00 - Php40,000\.00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Work from home Application Question(s): Do you have experience creating or updating staff schedules or rosters?
