About The Company Our client is a U.S.-based commercial trucking insurance agency that provides insurance solutions to owner-operators, trucking companies, and commercial fleets across the United States. Unlike traditional agencies that rely on inbound inquiries, the company specializes in proactive outbound sales. Their team reaches out to truck owners whose insurance policies are approaching renewal, identifies qualified opportunities, gathers preliminary information, and connects interested prospects with licensed insurance producers who handle quoting and policy binding. To support your success, the company provides qualified lead lists, proven sales scripts, CRM access, and comprehensive training. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound calls to commercial trucking businesses throughout the United States. Prospect truck owners, owner-operators, fleet managers, and transportation companies using company-provided lead lists. Build rapport and generate interest in reviewing commercial trucking insurance coverage. Qualify prospects by gathering information regarding their current insurance, renewal timeline, and business operations. Confidently handle objections and maintain productive sales conversations. Collect preliminary underwriting information required for the quoting process. Request supporting documents, including: Driver's License Vehicle Registration Current Insurance Renewal Offer Loss Runs (when applicable) Schedule qualified appointments or perform warm transfers to licensed insurance producers. Accurately document all interactions, notes, and follow-up activities within the CRM. Meet or exceed daily outbound activity and appointment generation targets. Maintain professionalism and provide an outstanding customer experience during every interaction. Required Qualifications At least two years of experience in outbound cold calling, appointment setting, telesales, inside sales, or an SDR/BDR role. Proven success in generating qualified appointments or sales opportunities through outbound prospecting. Excellent English communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence. Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and rapport-building abilities. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily. Experience using CRM platforms and outbound dialer systems. Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented. Ability to consistently meet daily and weekly performance targets. Experience discussing insurance renewals or commercial auto policies. Understanding of DOT numbers, commercial fleets, or transportation operations. Experience using GoHighLevel, RingCentral, Community, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM and outbound dialer platforms. Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
