Position Overview The WooCommerce and GeneratePress Support Specialist supports our nationwide network of outdoor power equipment dealer websites, handling custom modifications, technical troubleshooting, and hands on client support. This is a senior level, fast paced role built for someone who thinks on their feet, stays calm under pressure, and enjoys solving problems that do not always have a pre built answer. Department : Technology and Development Reports To : Department Head, Technology and Development Employment Typ e: Full-Time Location : Remote (Philippines) Pay Range : $600 to $1,200 / Month, depending on experience and fit Tools You'll Work With Training will be provided on our internal systems. Familiarity is a plus. WooCommerce WordPress GeneratePress cPanel Cloudflare ClickUp Google Meet / Microsoft Teams AI Assistive Tools Core Responsibilities Make custom CSS and layout modifications to dealer shop pages and product cards Troubleshoot and resolve issues within cPanel hosting environments Add and manage DNS records in Cloudflare Collaborate with our CRM team to troubleshoot lead generation issues Join live client meetings via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams to help diagnose and solve problems on the spot Train dealers on how to use existing website features Work within WooCommerce and GeneratePress daily, including hooks and element level customization Escalate and collaborate on custom programming needs with the development team Maintain clear documentation and communication throughout Who We're Looking For Our Core Culture Fit Humble: Open to feedback, willing to learn, and doesn't let ego get in the way of doing good work.
