Responsibilities • Process vendor invoices through the Kefron AP automation platform, including invoice review, GL coding, and approval routing • Maintain accurate vendor master records in NetSuite, including vendor setup, W-9 collection, banking information, and status updates • Apply the correct entity, subsidiary, department, and class segments to transactions within the NetSuite OneWorld environment • Communicate professionally with vendors regarding invoice status, short payments, and remittance inquiries • Support weekly payment runs by validating approved invoices, identifying duplicate entries, and confirming payment terms • Reconcile the accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger at period end and assist with invoice accruals • Assist with annual 1099 preparation by identifying reportable vendors, validating TINs, and compiling supporting documentation • Maintain organized digital records and ensure invoices are matched with the appropriate approvals in Kefron • Escalate coding issues, purchase order discrepancies, and vendor disputes to the Accounts Payable Manager • About the Client • Our client is a respected U.S.-based organization recognized for delivering integrated infrastructure, development, and property solutions that help communities and businesses thrive.
