We're hiring for a busy sales and lettings estate agency in the North of England, and this is a dedicated role: you'll work for one agency only, as part of their team. How To Apply Please send your application to recruitment@propperly.co.uk with the subject line: Part-Time Property VA – Viewing Feedback & Vendor Calls – [Your Full Name] Include the following: Your CV (PDF format) A short audio introduction (2-3 minutes) recorded via Vocaroo.com describing a multi-step process you managed from start to finish in a previous Property VA role The role After each property viewing, you'll call the buyer to get detailed, honest feedback on what they liked, what they didn't, and whether they'd consider an offer. Then you'll pass that feedback to the property owner (the vendor) and log everything in the agency's CRM. The agency runs around 400 viewings a month, so you'll make roughly 25–35 calls a day. There's a clear path to full-time, which would add valuation follow-up calls with homeowners. What we're looking for Excellent spoken English with a clear, warm, confident phone manner. You should sound like part of the agency, not a call centre. Experience in real estate or property: sales, lettings, or property management (UK, US, Australian, or Canadian clients). Comfortable making outbound calls all shifts and drawing out real reasons, not just "yes/no" answers. Organised and accurate when logging notes. Experience with Street CRM, 3CX, or any real estate CRM or VoIP system is a big plus. A stable internet connection, a backup power source, and a quiet workspace with a good headset.
