The company combines deep mortgage industry expertise with modern technology to deliver a seamless home-buying experience. 💼 About The Role We are seeking a fast, accurate, and design-focused Web Developer & Technical SEO Specialist to own website development and technical SEO. You will build, optimize, test, and publish landing pages, loan-program pages, blogs, and case studies while maintaining strong brand consistency and site performance. ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: This is a hands-on production role. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in WordPress and Bricks Builder, design-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of independently handling technical SEO and QA. 🎯 Key Responsibilities 💻 1. WordPress & Bricks Builder Build responsive pages, templates, reusable components, and global styles using Bricks Builder. Maintain consistent typography, spacing, layouts, and branding. Build and publish landing pages, loan-program pages, blogs, and case studies. 🔍 2. Technical SEO, AEO & GEO Optimize site architecture, crawlability, indexing, redirects, Core Web Vitals, and page speed. Implement schema/structured data and optimize content for search, answer engines, and generative AI. 📊 3. Analytics & Conversion Tracking Prepare landing pages for paid campaigns and verify forms, CTAs, URLs, and mobile usability. Implement and troubleshoot GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking. 🤖 4. AI & Quality Assurance Leverage Claude/MCP and AI tools to improve development, content, QA, and SEO workflows. Follow strict pre-publish QA processes and quickly resolve site issues. ✅ Qualifications & Skills ⭐ Core Requirements: Bricks Builder: Advanced hands-on experience building polished, responsive pages and reusable components. WordPress Development: Strong WordPress experience with themes, plugins, and site structure. Web Technologies: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Technical SEO: Strong knowledge of schema, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, page speed, AEO, and GEO. Analytics: Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
