A simple selfie video is fine. No editing or production work is needed. We’re hiring a Philippines-based bookkeeper who wants a stable, long-term role with a serious U.S. firm. This is not a short-term gig. This is not chaos. This is real work, real expectations, and real growth. If you’re strong in QuickBooks Online, like owning your work, and want to grow with one firm instead of juggling multiple clients, keep reading. You’ll handle day-to-day and month-end bookkeeping for a portfolio of U.S. clients. You’ll work mainly inside QuickBooks Online, Keeper, Karbon, and our internal workflows. Your job is to keep client books clean, current, and accurate while communicating clearly with our team and clients. This is a mid-level role. We expect you to already understand bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end close. We will train you on our process, our tools, and how we like things done. What You’ll Do Handle monthly bookkeeping for multiple U.S. clients in QuickBooks Online Maintain clean, accurate, fully reconciled books (banks, credit cards, loans, etc.) Prepare and review key reports (P\&L, balance sheet, AR/AP aging) Support timely month-end closes and meet deadlines Communicate with clients via email/Keeper to answer questions and request info Use Keeper and our workflows (Karbon Practice Management) to track tasks, status, and due dates (we’ll train you) Flag issues early to our CPA team and help keep clients happy and informed You’re a Good Fit If You Have Must-have 2–4\+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience Strong QuickBooks Online skills (not just “I’ve seen it”) Good written and spoken English – you can communicate clearly with U.S. clients Reliable internet and a quiet place to work from home Reliable internet, backup internet, and a quiet place to work from home Good follow-through and respect for deadlines Able to work 40 hours/week with overlap to U.S. Pacific Time Ability to work independently without constant supervision You’re organized, detail-oriented, and take deadlines seriously Nice-to-have Experience with U.S. businesses or U.S. CPA firms Experience with real estate, construction, property management, or service-based clients Experience with Keeper Experience with Karbon Practice Management Experience with payroll reconciliations, loans, fixed assets, and month-end close work What You’ll Get 💰 Contractor fee : $2,000–$2,400 USD per month , depending on experience, plus performance bonuses 🏠 100% remote: Work from anywhere in the Philippines 📆 Stable, long-term role with a growing U.S. CPA firm (not seasonal) 🎓 Training on our processes and U.S. workflows 📈 Growth path: Perform well and grow into a Senior Bookkeeper / Client Accountant role over time 🤝 Clear expectations: documented procedures, regular check-ins, no micromanagement, no drama 🎄 Paid holidays: Christmas Day and New Year’s Day off, paid We review the contractor fee after 6-12 months- performance-based and based on responsibility.
