B2B EMAIL & CONTENT MARKETING SPECIALIST • Remote in the Philippines • Full-time contractor • $1,700 to $2,400 USD / Monthly • Flexible schedule after onboarding Dealer Lux is looking for an experienced B2B email and content marketer to help us build a more consistent marketing program. This is a steady, full-time position with 40 hours available each week. After the initial onboarding period, most of your hours can be arranged around a flexible schedule. ABOUT DEALER LUX We build websites and run digital marketing for hearth, pool, spa, sauna, BBQ, and outdoor-living dealers across North America. We already have an active sales team, HubSpot, customer and prospect data, industry partnerships, and years of company knowledge. We need someone who can turn those resources into useful campaigns and content that generate real engagement. You will report to our Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with our leadership team on company messaging, website content, and case studies. YOUR MAIN FOCUS • Plan, write, build, and improve B2B email campaigns and nurture sequences in HubSpot. • Create and repurpose content for emails, newsletters, blogs, LinkedIn, customer stories, case studies, and sales materials. • Manage audience segments, campaign testing, deliverability, reporting, and the marketing calendar. • Review results and recommend what we should improve or try next. Some light response and qualification work is part of the role when dealerships reply to a campaign. Cold calling and prospect research are handled by other people. Some campaigns will also support current customers, manufacturers, associations, industry partners, and open sales opportunities. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR You should have at least two years of relevant experience in B2B email marketing, content marketing, demand generation, or a similar role. Strong written English is essential. You should also be comfortable with campaign strategy, HubSpot or a similar platform, segmentation, automation, testing, analytics, and email deliverability. Experience writing for North American businesses, producing case studies, working with SEO, or creating LinkedIn content would be helpful. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can take ownership, stay organized, communicate clearly, and make good marketing decisions without needing every step assigned to them. ABOUT OUR TEAM Around 25 members of the Dealer Lux team are based in the Philippines. Several have been with us since 2022, and some have grown from junior positions into roles managing entire departments. You will be joining an established Philippines team. PAY AND SCHEDULE Pay is approximately $1,700 to $2,400 USD per month at 40 hours per week. This is a stable, full-time contractor position. Contractors are paid every two weeks through Wise. Hours are tracked through Clockify. We do not use screen recordings or screenshot-monitoring software. During your first three months, we will need at least four hours of daily overlap with Pacific Time for onboarding and collaboration. We can work with you to agree on the exact schedule. After onboarding, most of your hours can be completed on a flexible schedule. You will still need to attend regular meetings, communicate reliably, and maintain enough availability to collaborate with the team.
