Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Build targeted prospect lists across Australia and New Zealand markets. • Generate outbound sales pipeline for technology, CRM, consulting, and digital solutions. • Execute outbound prospecting through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns. • Conduct initial discovery conversations with prospective clients. • Identify business pain points, urgency, budget potential, decision-makers, and overall fit. • Qualify leads thoroughly before progressing opportunities further in the sales process. • Book high-quality meetings with qualified stakeholders. • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure strong pipeline management practices. • Develop and refine outreach messaging, scripts, objection handling, and qualification frameworks. • Provide weekly reporting on outreach activities, pipeline development, qualified opportunities, and conversion progress. • Work closely with leadership to improve go-to-market strategy and sales execution. • Help define future hiring requirements and sales team structure once scalable processes are established. • Required Skills & Experience • Proven senior-level experience in B2B sales or business development . • Strong background selling technology, SaaS, CRM, ERP, AI solutions, consulting, or professional services . • Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with international clients. • Ability to engage senior stakeholders including: • Heads of Sales • Operations Managers • Business Owners • Strong sales qualification and discovery skills. • Confidence handling outbound sales calls and initiating conversations with prospects. • Strong LinkedIn prospecting and email outreach capability. • Experience managing CRM systems and maintaining pipeline discipline. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • High level of commercial maturity, resilience, and strong business judgment. • Preferred Experience • Experience in CRM, SaaS, or enterprise software sales . • Background in mid-market B2B sales environments . • Exposure to Australia or New Zealand markets . • Experience selling into industries such as: • Manufacturing • Distribution • Energy & Utilities • Professional Services • Financial Services • Familiarity with AI tools for: • Prospect research • Sales messaging • Call preparation • Follow-up communication • Experience building or contributing to early-stage sales processes and go-to-market frameworks. • Important Assessment Criteria • Candidates will be assessed beyond CV screening and should demonstrate strong live communication and commercial capability. • Assessment may include: • Spoken English evaluation • Commercial confidence assessment • Qualification and discovery ability testing • Simulated outbound or discovery call exercises based on a provided business scenario • Strong communication clarity and professional presence are essential, as this role involves direct engagement with executive-level stakeholders in international markets. • Ideal Candidate Profile • We are looking for someone who is: • Highly proactive and comfortable building pipeline from scratch • Commercially mature and capable of qualifying opportunities independently • Confident speaking with senior business decision-makers • Comfortable executing hands-on outbound sales activities daily • Process-oriented and able to help build scalable sales infrastructure for long-term growth • Position Particulars: • Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM PHT • Home-based but would prefer candidates who can report in the office at least 10x / month • As part of our recruitment process, we conduct a background check on all hired candidates.
