Key Responsibilities • Architecture & Planning: Assist in understanding system structure and requirements. • Feature Development: Implement assigned features that meet specifications. • Code Quality: Follow coding standards and apply feedback for clean, consistent code. • Performance Support: Contribute to improving speed and efficiency of applications. • Bug Fixing & Maintenance: Identify and resolve basic issues with minimal regression. • Testing & Debugging: Run tests and troubleshoot to ensure stable features. • Deployment Support: Assist in builds and releases for smooth deployments. • Collaboration: Work closely with the team, completing tasks on time. • Learning & Growth: Upskill continuously and adopt best practices. Qualifications • Applicants must provide proof of hands-on development experience, such as: • GitHub or code repositories (personal, academic, or internship projects) • Links to working applications, demos, or prototypes (mobile or web) • Functional features or apps they’ve built • Screenshots or walkthroughs if live links are unavailable • Basic documentation or notes explaining code functionality • Brief explanation of their specific contributions in each project • Desired Qualities • Coachable, open to feedback, and eager to learn • Takes initiative but knows when to ask for help • Detail-oriented with a focus on clean, readable code • Logical problem-solver with curiosity and persistence • Reliable and able to follow through on assigned tasks • Strong team player with clear, respectful communication • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Positive attitude toward challenges and continuous improvement
