ADP WFS / UKG WFM Location: Philippines – Fully Remote Work Schedule: Night Shift / US Time Zone Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Workforce Management Testing Lead to lead and coordinate testing activities for enterprise WFM implementations. The Testing Lead will own the overall testing approach, governance, execution coordination, defect management, readiness reporting, and testing sign-off across implementation phases and deployment waves. Candidates may have experience with either ADP WorkForce Software (WFS) or UKG Workforce Management , including UKG Pro WFM, UKG Dimensions, Kronos Workforce Central, or related UKG/Kronos platforms. Key Responsibilities Define the overall testing strategy, methodology, approach, and governance. Develop testing standards, templates, processes, and quality controls. Develop and maintain detailed test plans and testing schedules. Lead and coordinate: System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Parallel Testing Regression Testing End-to-End Testing Post-deployment validation Coordinate testing resources across functional, technical, payroll, integration, and business teams. Ensure test coverage across: Time & Attendance Timekeeping Scheduling Attendance policies Pay Rules Leave and Accruals Payroll interfaces HR/HCM integrations Monitor test execution, coverage, defects, risks, dependencies, and completion status. Lead defect triage, prioritization, retesting, regression validation, and closure. Coordinate testing across multiple deployment waves or country implementations. Provide testing readiness and status reporting to project leadership and stakeholders. Establish and monitor testing entry and exit criteria. Coordinate formal testing completion and sign-off. Key Deliverables Test Strategy Test Plans Testing schedules Testing governance documentation Defect Dashboard Testing Status Reports Risk and issue reporting Testing readiness assessments Testing completion documentation Testing Sign-Off Required Qualifications Strong experience leading testing activities for enterprise WFM, HCM, Payroll, HRIS, or related system implementations. Hands-on testing experience with at least one of the following ADP WorkForce Software / WorkForce Suite UKG Pro Workforce Management UKG Dimensions Kronos Workforce Central Other closely related UKG/Kronos WFM solutions Strong experience with SIT, UAT, regression testing, parallel testing, and end-to-end testing. Experience developing test strategies, test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and testing governance. Strong defect management and defect triage experience. Experience coordinating testers and testing resources across multiple teams. Experience communicating testing progress, risks, defects, and readiness to project leadership. Strong understanding of Workforce Management and Time & Attendance processes. Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience testing Payroll and HR/HCM integrations. Experience with payroll validation and parallel payroll testing. Experience supporting global, regional, or multi-country WFM implementations. Experience coordinating testing across multiple deployment waves. ISTQB, Certified Tester, or related QA/testing certification is an advantage
