Data Platform & Analytics Engineer Location: Remote Type: Full-Time We’re building a next‑generation analytics ecosystem for a fast‑growing, relationship‑driven membership platform. Our dashboards will power community health insights, activity tracking, venue operations, market expansion, sponsor performance, and AI‑driven matchmaking. We’re looking for a Data Platform & Analytics Engineer who can connect our proprietary algorithms to a modern BI tool (Looker, Metabase, Superset, Hex, Omni) and build clean, scalable data models and dashboards. What You’ll Do Integrate platform data with a third‑party BI/analytics tool Build dashboards for community health, activity, venues, expansion, sponsors, and relationship graphs Develop search and filtering logic for complex member queries Support AI‑driven matchmaking and recommendation features Maintain data pipelines, APIs, and warehouse structures Ensure data accuracy, security, and scalability across multiple cities and venues What You Bring 3–5+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or BI development Strong SQL, Python, and data modeling skills Experience with Looker, Metabase, Superset, Hex, Omni, or similar Bonus: graph database or network analysis experience (Neo4j, NetworkX, etc.) Ability to translate business logic into clean, reliable data structures Clear communication and strong ownership mindset Rate: $10-13 usd per hour Pay: Php500.00 - Php700.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
