I'm looking for a Sales Development Representative focused on speed-to-lead outreach, lead follow-up, and webinar attendance confirmation. This role pays $4-$10/hour with commission. About The Role This company is a test prep company that helps students and families improve academic test performance through webinar-based sales presentations, and they are looking to bring on a Sales Development Representative to help with lead follow-up, webinar attendance, and pipeline management. This role is highly phone-focused. You will spend the majority of your day calling, texting, following up with leads, confirming webinar attendance, and working through active and historical pipelines inside the CRM. Responsibilities Call new leads immediately after opt-in. Follow up with inactive leads. Confirm webinar attendance with prospects. Update lead statuses in CRM. Text prospects throughout follow-up sequences. Tools You Will Be Using GoHighLevel for lead management Triple Dialer for outbound calling Zoom for webinar tracking Google Sheets for reporting CRM pipelines for follow-up tracking Application Question(s): How many years of SDR experience do you have?
