Qualifications At least 2 years of sales or business development experience , preferably in staffing solutions, healthcare, or general business services. Proven experience selling products or services to U.S.-based clients . Experience selling staffing solutions to businesses , preferably within the healthcare industry. Proven track record of successfully managing and developing customer relationships. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Ability to make quick and sound business decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills. A local U.S. accent is an advantage when communicating with U.S.-based clients. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects and client accounts simultaneously.
