Job Description Position Title: Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Analyst Location: Remote (Philippines-based) Reports To: Sales/Marketing Manager — Atlanta, GA Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary The Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for driving qualified B2B and B2C leads for a jewelry business based in Atlanta, Georgia, through SEO, digital marketing, and outbound prospecting efforts. This role combines market research, funnel optimization, and CRM management to support the company's sales objectives, and requires a candidate who can work independently in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities Generate qualified B2B and B2C leads through SEO, digital marketing, and outbound prospecting Research and identify potential B2B clients, including jewelry retailers, wholesalers, distributors, luxury brands, and strategic partners Optimize the sales funnel to improve lead conversion rates Manage CRM systems and execute lead nurturing campaigns Monitor and report on SEO performance, website traffic, and marketing KPIs Track market trends, customer preferences, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities Provide the sales team with qualified leads and relevant market insights Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation, SEO, digital marketing, or business development Demonstrated experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools Skills Strong research and analytical skills Effective written and verbal communication Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment Application Instructions Applications must include all of the following to be considered: Expected monthly rate (PHP) Earliest availability to start Summary of sales accomplishments Updated resume and portfolio (if applicable) Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
