About The Role What if your sense of fairness and sharp critical thinking could directly shape how AI systems behave? We're looking for AI Policy, Ethics \& Compliance Analysts to evaluate AI-generated content against real standards of safety, fairness, and ethical alignment — helping ensure that AI reflects the values that matter most to people. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong analytical instincts and a genuine interest in ethics, policy, or responsible technology. No AI background required.
