We are seeking a highly specialized Packaging Operations Manager with strong expertise in paper-based packaging, print production processes, and international supply chain coordination . We are looking for a professional with hands-on experience in packaging materials, printing processes, and manufacturing workflows , who can manage end-to-end execution of packaging projects from production planning to global delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end packaging production from specification through manufacturing and delivery Coordinate with factories to finalize materials, printing methods, and production requirements Review packaging specifications and resolve production or costing issues with vendors Oversee print production processes including offset, UV, digital, and specialty printing Ensure correct application of post-press finishes such as foil, embossing, varnish, and lamination Manage international shipping coordination including Incoterms, freight forwarders, and delivery tracking Prepare and validate landed cost estimates including production, freight, and tariffs Manage international shipping processes including Incoterms (EXW, FOB, etc.) Coordinate freight forwarding for LCL/FCL and LTL/FTL shipments Maintain accurate project, quote, and production tracking using Google Sheets or Excel Coordinate with accounting to align production quantities and invoicing processes Ensure accurate reporting of shipment completion for timely invoicing Maintain production and logistics tracking systems for full project visibility Communicate production updates and shipment status to internal teams and stakeholders. Qualifications 3 years' experience supporting US based client. 5\+ years' experience in paper and packaging manufacturing, print production, or paper-based products. Background and knowledge in paper and paper products, their manufacturing processes, and printing and converting processes. Strong knowledge of paper types, coatings, and packaging materials (e.g., SBS, FBB, CCNB, chipboard) Familiarity with printing processes (offset, UV, digital, gravure, wide-format) Understanding of post-press processes (foil stamping, embossing, varnish, lamination, die-cutting) Knowledge of international logistics and Incoterms (EXW, FOB, etc.) Experience working with freight forwarders and shipping documentation (preferred) Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for tracking and costing Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple production workflows What We Offer Remote work setup Exposure to US-based clients and international accounting standards Opportunity to work in a fast-paced consulting environment Career growth into senior finance or accounting leadership roles Collaborative and professional team culture Pay: Php103,700\.00 per month Benefits Work from home Work Location: Remote
