What would make us even more successful? XL.net is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to lead and develop our internal operations team. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST. The Business Operations Manager serves as the operational leader for Finance Administration, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Human Resources, and Administrative Services. This role is responsible for leading a team of operational analysts, driving process improvements, establishing performance metrics, ensuring compliance, and providing operational reporting to executive leadership. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives on building scalable processes, developing people, and creating operational excellence across a growing multi-entity organization.
