Work from home for an established Australian eCommerce business, using the parts interpretation experience you already have. Rolan Australia is a fast-growing eCommerce business specialising in automotive parts and accessories. We are customer-focused, efficient and easy to deal with, and our support team is central to that, helping customers find the right parts across our website, eBay and Amazon. We are hiring a parts interpreter for a 12-month contract to handle customer enquiries and match customers to the right parts for their vehicle. The role is mainly written, with customer phone calls when required.
