Job Description We are looking for a proactive and creative Sales Specialist with strong UI/UX design skills to help drive business growth while delivering compelling visual solutions during the sales process. This role focuses on identifying business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation to proposal presentation. The ideal candidate will also leverage UI/UX expertise to create wireframes, prototypes, concept designs, and presentation materials that effectively communicate our digital solutions. Experience with Generative AI tools is highly desirable to enhance productivity and creativity. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and inbound leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct discovery meetings to understand client business challenges and digital transformation needs. Present the company's products and services to prospective clients. Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentation materials in collaboration with internal teams. Work closely with project managers and technical teams to develop suitable solution proposals. Support negotiations and follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions. UI/UX Design Support Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI concepts to visualize proposed solutions for clients. Develop visually engaging presentations and proposal materials that strengthen client pitches. Assist in designing marketing materials, brochures, social media graphics, and website assets when required. Provide design input during client discovery and solution planning sessions. Utilize Generative AI tools to enhance design workflows, ideation, and content creation. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or solution consulting, preferably in the IT or digital solutions industry. Experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio demonstrating web or mobile application designs. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other industry-standard UI/UX design software. Experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, Midjourney, Galileo AI, Uizard AI, or similar). Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into compelling solution concepts. Basic understanding of web technologies, software development, or digital products is an advantage. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and relationship management skills. Must have a personal working laptop with a stable internet connection. Preferred: Workable mobile phone for communication (e.g., WhatsApp).
