About The Role We are looking for a Customer Service & Marketing Administrative Specialist to support growing holiday and permanent lighting businesses. This role combines customer service, lead follow-up, day-to-day administration, marketing, and backend organization . The ideal candidate has excellent American English, is confident on the phone, highly organized, and can independently manage customer communication and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls and handle customer inquiries professionally Make outbound calls and follow up with leads and estimates Manage customer communication through phone, email, and other channels Handle email triage and ensure customer requests are properly addressed Support day-to-day administrative and backend tasks Maintain organized customer and lead information Manage follow-ups and keep leads moving through the pipeline Assist with marketing execution and social media management Create and manage social media posts and basic marketing content Assist with website images and content updates Support process organization and administrative workflows Coordinate tasks and follow-ups using the company's CRM and systems Tools & Software GoHighLevel (GHL) Jobber Tinsel Holiday Home Concepts Clipper Social media platforms Email and communication tools Requirements Previous experience in Customer Service, Virtual Assistance, Administration, Marketing, or Lead Follow-Up Excellent American English communication skills Confident and professional on the phone Strong experience handling customer-facing communication Experience with lead follow-up and CRM management Organized and highly detail-oriented Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities Experience with social media and basic marketing execution Comfortable learning and working with multiple software platforms Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently Holiday lighting, permanent lighting, or home service experience is a plus Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month Benefits Work from home Experience: SMM: 1 year (Preferred) Home Service/ Lighting CSR: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
