We're Hiring: Home Health Medical Biller (Remote) Are you an experienced Home Health Medical Biller looking for a rewarding remote career with a fast-growing healthcare company? If you have a strong background in Medicare home health billing, claims management, and denial resolution, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do As a Home Health Medical Biller, you'll ensure timely and accurate billing while supporting multiple home health agencies through every step of the revenue cycle. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with agencies to obtain accurate Start of Care (SOC) information for timely NOA submissions Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage before claim submission Prepare, process, and submit home health claims using industry-leading platforms, including: WellSky (Kinnser), KanTime, AlayaCare, Careficient, Alora Plus Review clearinghouse reports, resolve claim rejections, and ensure successful payer acceptance Investigate, correct, and resubmit denied or rejected claims in collaboration with the RCM Accounts Receivable team Generate billing reports and assist with agency reporting requirements Partner with clinical and administrative teams to resolve billing discrepancies Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations, Medicare guidelines, and payer requirements What We're Looking For? Required Qualifications: Previous experience in Home Health Medical Billing Strong knowledge of Medicare and commercial insurance billing processes Hands-on experience with home health EMR and billing software Solid understanding of NOA submissions, claim corrections, denials, and rejections Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Familiarity with Medicare Home Health billing regulations Experience supporting multiple home health agency clients Why Join Cliniqon?
