As we scale, we're looking for a driven transaction coordinators to own the client experience and elevate our team. The Role You have done this before and you are good at it. As a Transaction Coordinator at Flat Fee Buyers, you'll take ownership of the transaction process from the moment a purchase agreement is ratified through the close of escrow. You know the timelines, the paperwork, the parties involved, and exactly what needs to happen next before anyone has to ask. You are proactive, unflappable, and meticulous. You understand that every file you manage represents one of the biggest financial decisions in your client's life, and you treat it accordingly. If you're a seasoned TC who thrives on structure, precision, and seeing a clean close, this is your role. What You'll Do Manage all aspects of the transaction from executed contract through close of escrow Track and manage all contingency periods, deadlines, and contract milestones, ensuring nothing is missed Coordinate with buyers, agents, lenders, escrow officers, and title companies to keep all parties aligned and transactions moving Review and audit transaction documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to submission Prepare, send, and track all required disclosures, addenda, and compliance documents Maintain complete and organized transaction files in compliance with brokerage requirements Provide regular transaction status updates to clients, agents, and internal team members Manage the earnest money deposit process and coordinate with escrow and lender on all financial timelines Identify and resolve transaction issues proactively before they become delays or deal risks Ensure all files are audit-ready and meet brokerage compliance standards at close What We're Looking For Minimum 1\+ years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator in US residential real estate. This is required, not preferred Deep familiarity with purchase contracts, disclosure requirements (TDS, SPQ, NHD, and related forms), and contingency management Thorough knowledge of the escrow and title process Exceptional attention to detail. You review everything twice and your files are always clean Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions without deadlines slipping Excellent communication skills. You keep all parties informed without needing to be chased Proficient with transaction management platforms Skyslope, DocuSign, and CRM tools Calm, solutions-oriented under pressure.
