We're looking for a creative Content Creator & Video Strategist to join our growing marketing team. This isn't a role where you'll simply edit videos. We want someone who understands content, storytelling and social media, and can create campaigns that engage audiences and generate enquiries. From cinematic destination videos and website content to viral TikToks, YouTube Shorts, memes and paid advertising creatives, you'll play a key role in shaping how our brand is seen online. You'll love this role if you... Love creating content that gets people talking. Keep up with TikTok, YouTube and Instagram trends before everyone else. Enjoy coming up with creative ideas, not just editing someone else's. Can write compelling hooks and scripts. Understand different audiences and know how to tailor content for each platform. Want the freedom to experiment and bring your own ideas to the table. What you'll be creating Short-form and long-form videos Cinematic travel videos Social media campaigns Paid advertising creatives Website videos Memes and trend-based content Educational and promotional videos YouTube and TikTok content We're looking for someone who can Think strategically before creating content. Produce videos from concept through to publication. Manage multiple projects and deadlines. Optimise content based on audience behaviour and performance. Manage TikTok and YouTube communities by responding to comments and driving engagement. Continuously improve content using analytics and platform insights.
