Here's how our partnership works: ANAT provides the job description, hiring requirements, compensation details, and target location. You source and introduce qualified candidates. Our team manages the interviews, client communication, offers, onboarding, and the entire hiring process. You earn a competitive commission for every candidate you source who is hired by one of our clients and successfully completes their first 9 0 days of employment. The more successful placements you make, the more you earn. Positions We Recruit For Our clients are primarily contractors and service companies across the United States. Typical searches include: Skilled Trades: HVAC Technicians, Plumbers, Electricians, Refrigeration Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and other field professionals. Operations & Leadership: Operations Managers, Service Managers, Project Managers, General Managers, and Field Supervisors. Administrative & Office Support: Dispatchers, Office Managers, Administrative Assistants, Coordinators, Customer Service Representatives, and similar roles. New opportunities open regularly across different locations in the U.S. What We're Looking For We're looking for recruiters who: Have experience sourcing candidates for U.S.-based positions. Are comfortable using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, ZipRecruiter, referrals, and other sourcing channels. Can identify qualified candidates and present strong profiles. Communicate professionally in English. Are proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
