You will communicate with applicants, conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate the next steps in the hiring process. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, working in a fast-paced environment, and developing a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. Responsibilities Contact and engage potential candidates through outbound phone calls. Conduct initial recruitment screenings to assess qualifications and communication skills. Explain job opportunities, hiring expectations, and company processes. Recommend qualified candidates for further interviews. Schedule interviews and coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers. Maintain organized and accurate candidate records within the CRM and applicant tracking system. Meet daily recruitment, screening, and scheduling performance goals. Assist with additional hiring and recruitment initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and active listening abilities. Computer, smartphone, reliable primary and backup internet connection, and dependable electricity. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-driven environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home. Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, HR, or call center operations is an advantage but not required.
