Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to the General Counsel and legal team. • Manage, organize, and archive legal documents, contracts, and filings. • Assist with contract drafting, template preparation, and routine document reviews. • Track compliance deadlines, filing dates, and legal schedules. • Coordinate cross-functional communication between legal and internal business teams. Qualifications • At least 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Administrator, Legal Assistant, Legal Administrative Assistant, or similar roles • Experience working with US Clients and US business legal processes • Experience supporting legal teams, law firms, or legal documentation is highly advantageous • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the confidence to communicate professionally with international clients and stakeholders • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, with the ability to prepare, organize, and manage documents efficiently • Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail in handling administrative and client-related tasks • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, accountability, and a proactive approach to supporting team and client needs • The CoDev Story • For 15+ years, we’ve empowered top talent in the Philippines and emerging markets to partner with U.S. organizations through transparent, compliant offshore development services. • Our Mission & Core Values • We believe the right talent should be a self-starting expert, seamlessly aligned with your company culture and driven to deliver results with independent, autonomous thinking.
