Outbound Sales Trainer / Call Coach Remote \| Work From Home \| PH Night Shift \| Start ASAP Company : Ninja Customer Care (NCC) Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Compensation $4–$7 USD per hour , depending on experience About Ninja Customer Care Ninja Customer Care is a remote call center that supports U.S. e-commerce and subscription brands. Our agents help customers complete failed orders, resolve declined payments, recover abandoned checkouts, and upgrade orders when appropriate. About The Role We are looking for a trainer who can help our PH-based outbound agents become more confident, natural, and effective when speaking with U.S. customers. This is not a basic customer service trainer role. We need someone who understands outbound sales, recovery calls, objection handling, tone, confidence, and closing. Key Responsibilities Train new outbound recovery agents Coach agents through call reviews, recordings, and roleplay sessions Help agents sound more natural, confident, and less scripted Teach objection handling, call control, and closing techniques Coach agents on declined payment and abandoned cart recovery calls Help agents improve upselling and cross-selling skills Provide clear, actionable feedback on call quality and performance Assist in improving scripts, workflows, and training materials Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales, BPO sales, retention, call center training, or a related field Strong English communication skills Experience coaching Philippine-based agents serving U.S. customers Strong phone confidence and sales-driven mindset Ability to teach tone, pacing, objection handling, and closing techniques Comfortable reviewing calls and providing direct coaching and feedback Able to work U.S. business hours / Philippine night shift schedule Stable internet connection and quiet work environment Nice to Have Experience supporting U.S. e-commerce or subscription-based brands Experience handling declined payments or abandoned cart recovery campaigns Experience as a Sales Trainer, Team Lead, QA Coach, or Top Outbound Sales Agent Experience with upselling, retention, appointment setting, or script optimization Work From Home Requirements PC or laptop Stable high-speed internet connection USB headset Quiet workspace Reliable attendance How To Apply Submit your cover letter to hr@ninjacustomercare.com Subject Line: Outbound Sales Trainer - PH - NCC Please Include the Following: Short summary of your sales and/or training experience List of campaigns you have worked on Required Recordings \& Application Submission To be considered for this position, applicants must submit all required recordings along with the following documents: Updated Resume Screenshot of PC Specifications Internet Speed Test Result (if available) Please upload all required files and recordings through the application form below: https://forms.gle/MsgSjqn3BNXs4jLJ7 Recording Requirements 1\.
