We are looking for an experienced Virtual Medical Scribe/Medical Assistant to join a Cardiology Associates practice supporting a U.S.-based healthcare provider. If you have experience with EPIC , Prior Authorization , and Insurance Verification , we'd love to hear from you. Position Details Position: Virtual Medical Scribe (Cardiology) Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule Pacific Standard Time (PST) Location: Remote (Philippines-based applicants only) Responsibilities Provide real-time medical scribing support for a cardiology practice. Document patient encounters accurately in EPIC . Process Prior Authorizations for medications, procedures, and referrals. Perform Insurance Verification before patient appointments. Maintain accurate and HIPAA-compliant documentation. Support providers with administrative and clinical documentation tasks. Qualifications Experience as a Virtual Medical Scribe or Medical Assistant . Hands-on experience using EPIC EMR . Proven experience with Prior Authorization and Insurance Verification . Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace. Preferred Experience working with a Cardiology practice. Familiarity with U.S. healthcare workflows and medical terminology. Pay: Php18,186.87 - Php47,988.79 per month Work Location: Remote
