Full-time, fully remote, Philippines-based. This is the job for the accountant who's going to define what the job becomes. The future of accounting isn't someone keying in receipts faster. It's someone who takes a client from raw ledger all the way to real intelligence, and uses AI to do it at a level nobody could touch a few years ago. If that's the work you want to be known for, this is where you build it. Who we are Multiply Advisors is a tech-enabled tax, bookkeeping, and advisory firm working with real business owners. We're pretty fun, relatively smart, and somewhat sharp, and insanely vison oriented and we're building the version of this firm that runs on AI from the ground up. What this role actually is AI doesn't replace a great accountant. It turns one into ten. You take a messy client ledger and carry it all the way to the finish line: clean books, a custom dashboard, real KPI analysis, and AIR (Actionable Intelligence Reporting). AIR is the part most firms never reach. Not "here's your P\&L," but "here's what's happening in your business, and here's what to do about it." Numbers into decisions. And you do it across a real book of clients, toward 100 at a time, because you've made AI carry the weight that used to eat your days. (Not by grinding 90-hour weeks. Please don't.) What you'll actually do Own a book of clients end to end: categorization, reconciliations, monthly close, the works. Clean, accurate, on time. Build a custom dashboard for each client so their numbers are alive, not buried in a PDF nobody opens. Turn KPIs into AIR. Tell the client what the data means and what to do next. Wield Claude (and Claude Code) like a power tool. Build prompts, skills, and workflows that make the whole thing sharper every week. Assess how the business is doing, what actions need to shift in order to hit goals, targets and new thresholds. Push the edge. When you find a better way, you don't file a suggestion. You build it and show us. Redefine what it means to be an accountant This is you You know the balance sheet cold. Not "I can read one." You can look at one and tell the story of the business behind it. You're a little obsessed with entrepreneurs and how they actually run their companies. The numbers matter to you because the people behind them do. You've got real accounting chops, years of it, not a weekend course and 9 minutes at EY. You're already an AI tinkerer. You don't ask "is this allowed," you ask "how far can I push this." You move fast and own your outcomes. You'd rather build the plane while flying it than wait for a manual. You want leverage. Babysitting eight clients perfectly forever sounds like a slow death. This is not you You want to do it exactly the way you've always done it. You need every step documented before you'll take one. You think AI is a gimmick, or it kind of scares you. You'd rather hide in a spreadsheet than talk to a client. You don’t have real balance sheet and accounting process understanding. If that's the read, this one's a bad fit, and we'd both feel it fast. The stack you'll live in Claude and Claude Code (the brain and the build), Kick (bookkeeping and ledger), ClickUp (how work moves), Missive (how we talk to clients), slack, and our knowledge system we call the Multiply Brain. You don't need to know every one of these on day one. You do need to be the kind of person who'll have them mastered by week three. The deal $1,350 to $1,750 USD per month base, depending on what you bring. On top of that, a quarterly performance bonus that can add up to 15% when you're hitting your numbers… Full-time, fully remote, Philippines-based. You'll work directly with people building something genuinely new, and you'll get the keys the moment you show us you can drive. This is a build-your-career seat, not a clock-in seat.
