We're a bookkeeping company looking for an experienced cold caller to reach owners of small home-service businesses in the US. This is an early-stage outbound pilot. We have a defined target market, a basic script, and a clear offer — but the cold-calling process hasn't been fully proven yet, and this will be our first structured attempt. We're looking for someone who has worked in a similar early-stage environment and can help refine the process through real calls, honest feedback, and iteration. This role offers flexible hours, making it a great fit for balancing other commitments. Additional benefits to hourly pay, there is a commission structure that will allow you to earn more.
