The Opportunity We are currently seeking a full-time Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work directly with one of our company directors and play a vital part in supporting our clients by delivering accurate, insightful, and compliant financial services. We are looking for someone proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented—someone who asks the right questions and can thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Perform end-to-end accounting functions with precision and attention to detail Ensure financial compliance and accuracy in all reporting and documentation Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights Collaborate closely with internal teams and company leadership Contribute to process improvements and adoption of new tools or systems Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accountant Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Background in Research & Development accounting is a plus Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data at a high level Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Xero is an advantage Previous experience in audit and/or financial reporting is a plus Excellent written communication skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment Reliable internet connection (minimum of 30 Mbps; must support video conferencing via Skype) What We Offer Competitive salary starting at PHP 35,000+ , depending on experience 13th-month pay 20 days of paid annual leave (accrued) 5 days of paid sick leave (accrued) HMO coverage for you and 2 dependents Government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, etc.) Day shift hours (Philippine time) Observance of Philippine holidays 100% Work from Home Full-time position: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday How To Apply If you are a results-driven accounting professional who thrives in a flexible and innovative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
