Job Description Suntrust Properties, Inc. is expanding its sales force and is currently seeking motivated individuals to join us as Sales Associates . This position is ideal for those looking to start a lucrative career in real estate or looking for a high-income secondary source of earnings. No prior experience in real estate is required. We provide comprehensive training through our Business Opportunity Seminar (BOSS) to equip you with the skills needed to succeed in the booming Davao and Tagum property market. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell Suntrust’s vertical (Condos) and horizontal (House \& Lot) projects. Identify and reach out to potential property buyers and investors. Assist clients in site trippings and provide accurate information regarding property features and financing terms. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction. Qualifications At least High School Level (Preferably with at least 72 units in college). NO SALES EXPERIENCE NEEDED (Willingness to learn is a must). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Goal-oriented, competitive, and has a professional mindset.
