Role Description We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join our technical team. This is a hands-on role responsible for the design, implementation, and support of virtualization, storage, networking, and Microsoft 365 infrastructure solutions for Abtech customers. The right candidate is self-directed, very experienced, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a project team. Responsibilities Plan and execute VMware to Hyper-V migrations, including pre-migration assessments, VM inventory analysis, conversion execution, and post-migration validation. Implement and configure Dell PowerStore and Dell Unity XT storage arrays, including LUN provisioning, storage pools, snapshots, and replication. Design and configure network infrastructure in support of server and storage deployments, including VLAN segmentation, managed switch configuration, and iSCSI fabric setup. Deploy and administer Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Services, and related roles. Administer Microsoft 365 tenants including user and license management, Intune device enrollment and policy configuration, Entra ID identity and conditional access, and SharePoint Online site administration. Develop and maintain technical documentation including network diagrams, implementation runbooks, and as-built records. Serve as an escalation resource for Managed Services desk staff on infrastructure and M365- related issues. Participate in pre-sales technical scoping, customer discovery calls, and statement of work development as needed. Manage project timelines and communicate status updates to project managers and clients. Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience in an IT infrastructure or systems engineering role. Experience delivering implementations in a managed services or IT solutions provider environment preferred. Dell certifications (DCS-IE, DCS-SA) a plus ; Microsoft certifications (MCSA, AZ-800, MS-101, MD-102) a plus Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID in a multi-tenant or MSP environment strongly preferred. Strong written and verbal English communication skills; ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Required Technical Skills Virtualization Hands-on experience migrating production workloads from VMware vSphere/ESXi to Microsoft Hyper-V Proficiency with VM export/import, P2V, and V2V conversion tools Hyper-V cluster configuration and Windows Server Failover Clustering Proxmox experience preferred Dell Storage Proven implementation experience with Dell PowerStore and/or Dell Unity XT LUN and volume management, storage pool configuration, performance tuning Fault domain design and failure tolerance planning across nodes and enclosures Snapshot scheduling, replication configuration, and data protection setup Networking VLAN configuration and inter-VLAN routing Managed switch configuration across Cisco, Dell, or HP/Aruba platforms iSCSI network design, jumbo frame configuration, and MPIO setup Windows Server Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 deployment and administration Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy PowerShell scripting for administration and automation Patch management and security baseline hardening. Microsoft 365/Other Microsoft 365 tenant administration — user provisioning, licensing, and service configuration Intune — device enrollment (Windows, iOS, Android), compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app deployment Entra ID (Azure AD) identity management, conditional access policies, MFA, SSO, and groupbased access control SharePoint Online — site creation, permissions management, document libraries, and OneDrive configuration Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive administration M365 security and compliance tooling (Purview, Defender for Business) Azure and AWS experience Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php130,000.00 per month Benefits Work from home Work Location: Remote
