About The Role We’re looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper / Accounting Lead to support the financial operations of a growing construction business. This role is ideal for someone with construction or project accounting experience who can work independently, understand project costs, and take ownership of financial tasks—not just follow instructions. Key Responsibilities Manage job costing, WIP, project billing, and progress billing Handle AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end closing Monitor project budgets vs. actual costs Prepare financial and project reports Track cash flow and project expenses Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and external CPA Investigate discrepancies and resolve accounting issues Identify issues that need escalation and take initiative to solve problems Requirements 3+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience Required: Construction, project, or cost accounting experience Strong knowledge of job costing and WIP Experience with project/progress billing and budget tracking QuickBooks experience Strong English communication skills Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling multiple projects Independent, proactive, and able to figure things out with minimal supervision Full-Time | Night Shift | Remote Pay: Php38,000.00 - Php48,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
