• Primary Responsibilities • Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter). • Maintain and manage the monthly social media content calendar. • Monitor comments, messages, and online engagement, responding professionally and in a timely manner. • Grow the company's online presence through engaging and consistent content. • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. • Plan, storyboard, film, edit, and publish high-quality video content for digital marketing campaigns. • Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts. • Produce promotional videos, behind-the-scenes content, product demonstrations, customer testimonials, educational videos, and company updates. • Edit videos by adding captions, transitions, motion graphics, music, branding, and visual effects. • Write compelling captions, headlines, and call-to-action copy. • Create graphics and marketing assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools. • Build relationships with followers, customers, and online communities. • Monitor audience feedback and escalate concerns when necessary. • Must have • Preferably 2+ years of related experience • Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Affiliate Marketing, Graphic Design, Video Editing and Social Media Management Nice to have • Experience planning, filming, and editing professional-quality videos.
