Your Role Process supplier bills using Dext and Ezzybills software – check coding of the supplier, invoice date, due date, account codes, and GST. Reconcile supplier bills to statements each month and identify errors in data entry or any missing bills/credit notes Enter customer sales into Xero from various point-of-sale software reports or client reports Entering employee timesheets into Xero and processing payroll for Australian payroll Setting up new employees in the payroll system Reconciliation of bank account transactions Reconciliation of general ledger accounts 2 – 3 years of experience with Xero Very good English, exceptional attention to detail, good problem solving Timeliness of task completion Knowledge/training in Australian business bookkeeping (GST, Payroll, etc) – About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
