• General Finance Support: Pitch in across the range of finance tasks that come up in a growing business - helping pull data, supporting reporting, and taking on new responsibilities as you develop. • HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED • Accuracy: Consignor payments, filings, and reconciliations completed correctly, with few or no errors. • Timeliness: Sales tax filings, consignor payments, and close tasks consistently done on or ahead of deadline. • Reliability: Recurring processes owned fully, so they run without needing to be chased. • Growth: Steadily taking on more scope and responsibility as you develop in the role. WHO YOU ARE • Early-Career Background: You have a foundation in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping - through a degree, coursework, or 1-3 years of hands-on experience. You know the fundamentals and you're eager to build on them. • Detail-Oriented: You catch the small stuff. You double-check your work, you notice when a number doesn't tie out, and you take pride in getting it right. • Process-Minded: You're comfortable owning recurring tasks and running them reliably every cycle. You like turning a messy process into a clean, repeatable one. • Comfortable with the Tools: Experience with QuickBooks and spreadsheets is a plus. You're comfortable working across systems and picking up new ones quickly. • Self-Starter: You manage your own workload, hit your deadlines, and don't need to be told twice. You ask good questions and then run with it. • Clear Communicator: You write and speak clearly in English, and you're comfortable flagging issues and explaining your work. • Hungry to Grow: You want more than a job. You want to develop your skills and take on bigger responsibilities over time. Schedule Requirements • Employees are expected to work Monday-Friday within standard operating hours of 7am-5pm Eastern Time Monday-Thursday, and 7am-12pm Eastern Time Friday. • Compensation • Salary range for this is 30k-40k PHP a month. • ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS • To maintain appropriate productivity and performance, remote employees should choose a work environment that is free from distractions, has a reliable internet connection, and supports the employee's ability to dedicate their full attention to their job duties during work hours. • Dont let impostor syndrome or a confidence gap stop you from applying.
