About the Role: Snapscale is looking for an experienced Healthcare Virtual Assistant (HVA) with appointment setting experience to join our team as a skilled US Clinic Coordinator in a remote setup . This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless patient experience through accurate scheduling, communication, and healthcare coordination. If you have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for healthcare, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Verify patient benefits and insurance coverage Reactivate past patients and maintain engagement Answer inbound calls and assist with inquiries Follow up on appointment confirmations and reminders Make outbound calls to leads and potential patients Schedule and reschedule patient appointments efficiently Process refills and follow clinic policies Manage electronic medical records (EMR) Audit labs and follow up on missing results Monitor and oversee virtual clinic kiosk workflows Perks: Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Competitive pay Government-mandated benefits 13th month pay Night differential pay Internet allowance Perfect attendance bonus Yearly salary increase Opportunities for career growth and development Requirements Experience in appointment setting (scheduling, rescheduling, confirming appointments, and patient follow-ups) is required Must have experience working with US-based clinics and/or healthcare environments Experience in EMR, insurance verification, patient coordination, and inbound call handling Experience in processing refills, auditing labs, and following up on lab results Medical billing and coding experience is a plus Strong written and verbal English communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Must have stable internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace for remote work
