We are looking for a Senior Creative Executive to join our boutique content agency. You will be managing multiple campaigns, creators, and deadlines simultaneously. The quality of your work depends on your ability to keep everything structured, tracked, and moving without being chased. What You Will Be Doing1\. Content Creation \& Scriptwriting Write platform-native scripts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts across various video styles and formats. Translate client briefs into strong, well-researched content concepts. Write in a tone that feels natural, conversational, and culturally relevant to the target audience. Monitor social media trends and surface insights that sharpen creative direction. Continuously refine scripts based on video performance data. 2\. Account Management \& Project Coordination Own the organization of multiple concurrent campaigns from kickoff to delivery, ensuring no detail falls through the cracks. Build and maintain clear timelines, task lists, and documentation across every project. Keep all creator deliverables, contracts, and approvals tracked and up to date in Monday.com . Coordinate proactively with clients, creators, and the internal team so nothing waits on a follow-up. Flag risks early, problem-solve independently, and escalate only when necessary. 3\. Video Editing Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using CapCut, Premiere Pro , or equivalent tools. Apply considered editing techniques (including music, on-screen text, sound design, and pacing) to maximize performance. Review content performance and translate observations into actionable improvements. 4\. Creator Sourcing \& Management Identify, assess, and source UGC creators who resonate and are the right fit for each brand and campaign. Manage creator outreach, onboarding, briefing, and ongoing guidance throughout the production process. Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and usage rights. Track creator contracts, payments, and deliverables with precision. What We Are Looking ForExperience \& Skills: 3–6\+ years of experience in an agency, content, social media, advertising, or marketing role. Strong track record of editing short-form video for social media platforms. Proven experience writing scripts and video concepts for social media. Hands-on experience working with UGC creators and influencers. Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro , or comparable editing tools. Exceptional organization and project management skills— this is a core requirement, not a bonus. A systematic approach to tracking deliverables, deadlines, and communications. Clear, considered written and verbal communication in English. A genuine love for dealing with clients and content creators.
