About Aurora Business Center Aurora Business Center is a professionally managed commercial property located in San Leandro, California. We are seeking an experienced commercial leasing professional, commercial brokerage, property leasing agency, or marketing company to help maximize occupancy by leasing our available office suites and parking spaces. Position Purpose Manage commercial leasing activities, maximize occupancy, generate qualified tenant leads, and support business growth through effective leasing strategies and tenant acquisition. Who Can Apply Independent Commercial Leasing Specialists Commercial Real Estate Brokers Commercial Brokerage Firms Property Leasing Agencies Commercial Marketing Agencies Business Development Firms Tenant Representation Companies Licensed California Real Estate Professionals (preferred) Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a leasing strategy to maximize occupancy. Generate qualified tenant leads through networking, referrals, databases, marketing campaigns, and prospecting. Market available office suites and parking spaces across multiple platforms. Schedule and conduct property tours.  Present leasing options, pricing, amenities, and lease terms. Build relationships with local businesses, startups, medical professionals, and commercial tenants. Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into signed leases. Maintain accurate records of leads, tours, negotiations, and signed leases. Provide regular progress and occupancy reports. Recommend strategies to increase occupancy. Compensation is negotiable based on experience, performance, and engagement model.
