\ \ PLEASE CAREFULLY READ ALL THE DETAILS BEFORE APPLYING\ \ \ Job Title: Compliance Analyst Rate: Php 238.09 per hour Work Type: Remote/WFH Full-time Working Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM PH time (Mon-Fri) Start Date: TBD JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will primarily be responsible for supporting the revenue cycle for the Company, specifically the review and processing of work orders to ensure compliance with Company requirements. This will include: Review of deliverables to ensure that all requirements have been submitted correctly. This will entail knowledge of the type of deliverables that should be submitted, review of information submitted, and data entry into our Company processing system and/or other customer requirements. Validation of technician time logs to ensure that they are accurate and agree to customer’s information. This may include follow-up with a technician and/or third party provider. Review and follow-up of aging work orders. This may require investigation into the reason for follow-up, correction of errors, updates of the processing system, and communication with parties involved. Daily interaction with other departments within the Company as well as third party providers. Closing of work orders via data entry into our Company processing system. Supporting managers with special projects as necessary. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Quick learner with strong computer skills. Comfortable with working with multiple spreadsheets and different processing systems. Highly motivated individual with great organizational, team, and customer service skills.
