• Job Description • Are you passionate about designing intuitive and visually stunning web and mobile applications? Do you have experience leading design teams and pushing the boundaries of user experience? If so, this role could be the perfect fit for you! We are looking for a Digital UI/UX Designer who is not only adept at creating exceptional user experiences but also skilled in leveraging Generative AI tools to enhance design workflows and creativity. Key Responsibilities • Create user-centered design solutions that align with business goals and user needs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience across platforms. • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders and development teams. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user satisfaction. • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to define and implement design strategies, guidelines, and best practices. • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools, including generative AI applications, to continuously improve design processes. • Lead the end-to-end design process from ideation to final visual assets, ensuring consistency in design language and UI elements across digital products. • Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion usability, accessibility, and innovation across the organization. Requirements • At least 3 years of hands-on UX/UI design experience for software products. • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UI/UX projects and a deep understanding of design thinking principles. • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and experience with Generative AI design tools . • Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility best practices. • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements. • Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Ability to balance creativity with attention to detail, delivering innovative yet user-friendly designs. • Knowledge of front-end development principles is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Must have a personal working laptop with a stable internet connection. • Preferred: Workable mobile phone for communication (e.g., WhatsApp). • Why Join Us: • Be part of a forward-thinking team that values creativity, innovation, and the power of AI-driven design.
