Digital Marketing Services Production Specialist Position Overview We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Services Production Specialist to build and execute show digital packages across our product portfolio. This role focuses on fulfillment and technical execution of Show Spotlights, Show Leads, Show Social Beacons, List Rentals, Awards Programs, and Display Ads. This hands-on position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent show-related projects. Key Responsibilities Show Digital Package Fulfillment Build, launch, and optimize show digital packages including building Hubspot landing pages, executing social media and display ad campaigns, coordinating list rentals, fulfilling show leads, and executing awards programs Execute all technical setup required for show-related digital marketing initiatives Manage show digital package projects from setup through completion and delivery Coordinate with clients and internal teams on package specifications and requirements Ensure all show digital packages are delivered on time and meet performance expectations Quality Assurance \& Documentation Maintain rigorous quality assurance standards to ensure all package elements are accurate and launch-ready Execute detailed technical checks before package deployment Maintain comprehensive campaign documentation and best practices Track and document all show digital package activities and deliverables Performance Monitoring \& Optimization Monitor show digital package performance and delivery metrics Make real-time optimizations to improve results Troubleshoot technical issues and platform challenges that arise Coordinate resolution of client concerns or technical issues Technical Execution Execute display advertising, list rental, and social media components of show packages Manage data feeds and audience lists for show lead packages Coordinate Awards program setup and execution Handle technical troubleshooting and platform-specific challenges Required Qualifications Background knowledge of show digital marketing products including Show Spotlights, Show Leads, Show Social Beacons, List Rentals, Awards Programs, and Display Ads Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms and campaign management tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Experience with project management tools like Smartsheet and Asana Strong technical aptitude for learning new platforms and tools quickly Excellent communication skills for client and team coordination Detail-oriented approach to campaign setup and quality assurance Deadline-driven with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Strong organizational skills for managing complex campaign workflows Work Environment Remote/offshore position supporting US-based digital marketing operations Collaborative team environment with regular communication and coordination Fast-paced setting with multiple concurrent show packages and tight deadlines Core Competencies: Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal communication) Reliable internet connection and appropriate technology setup for remote work Flexibility to accommodate US business hours for key meetings and coordination About The Company At Qualfon, we are focused on delivering engaging interactions and positive experiences that leave a lasting impression.
