Responsibilities Edit short-form video reels (up to 45 seconds) from a pre-existing asset library of hotel and travel footage Apply LUT work and color grading to achieve a premium, cinematic visual quality Incorporate provided hooks, captions, and audio direction into each piece of content Produce a consistent volume of three to five reels per week to maintain a content pipeline Adapt editing style to align with the brand identity and creative direction set by the agency Collaborate with the team to source and select the most visually compelling footage for each brief Requirements Proven experience in short-form video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing cinematic or travel content Solid understanding of social media content trends, particularly for Instagram Reels and similar platforms Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high creative standards Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering premium-quality output Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to feedback and creative direction Initial engagement of approximately 40 hours per month with flexible scheduling Potential to increase hours as additional clients are onboarded for marketing services Focus on tourism and travel industry content with a cinematic, premium aesthetic Work from a curated asset library with structured folders and pre-developed creative briefs Opportunity to contribute across broader social media and marketing tasks as the agency grows Independent Contractor Perks: Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Please click the "Apply" button to complete your application, including the assessment questions, technical check, and voice recording.
