Key Responsibilities - Monitor the lodgement system daily to ensure all compliance deadlines are met. - Follow up with clients to obtain necessary details and documentation, ensuring compliance records are complete. - Follow up with clients for payments, ensuring timely processing and resolution. - Prepare and lodge required forms, maintaining accurate and current compliance documentation. - Assist with entity setup tasks, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of new entity formations. - Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth processing of new entity registrations. - Manage client communication via email, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries and follow-ups. - Update and maintain client details in our internal database, ensuring all information is accurate. - Provide support to various teams with additional tasks and responsibilities related to the role. Key Requirements and Desired Attributes: - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. - Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in compliance or regulatory environments. - Experience with ASIC compliance, NowInfinity, and Entity setup processes will be highly regarded. - Candidate will need to demonstrate excellent attention to detail in all aspect of the role. - Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to suggest process improvements. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and collaborate with teams while maintaining accountability and accuracy.
