We are looking for a results-driven SaaS Demand Generation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience generating qualified SaaS leads, building outbound campaigns, and driving pipeline growth through modern demand generation strategies. Key Responsibilities Generate qualified SaaS leads through outbound and inbound marketing initiatives. Build, execute, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns. Manage and grow LinkedIn thought leadership programs for executives and company brands. Create and implement demand generation campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. Develop and manage CRM automation workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and reporting. Monitor, manage, and optimize sales funnels to improve conversion rates and revenue growth. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with business objectives. Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience in SaaS lead generation and demand generation. Experience building and managing outbound campaigns. Strong understanding of LinkedIn personal branding and thought leadership strategies. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools. Knowledge of sales funnel management and conversion optimization. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, or similar CRM platforms. Familiarity with email marketing, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM). Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment.
