Responsibilities AND DUTIES Account Management Managing existing accounts, obtains renewal contracts, and develop new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients. New Business Acquisition Generate new leads through phone calls, internet searches and customer lists, e-mail blast, and attending different sponsorship events or seminars. Maintain healthy relationship with existing clients and expand business opportunities thru upselling and cross selling activities. Conduct sales presentations, writing of proposals, and follow up calls until the contract is signed. Professionalism and Market Intelligence Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, developmental trainings, and establishing personal networks Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, techniques, etc. Keep management informed by encoding all activities, such as daily call reports, weekly or monthly work plans on the Customer Relation Management system. Qualifications Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Psychology Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills Must be willing to work under a hybrid mode Must have sourcing and prospecting skills Must be willing to do face to face prospect/client site visits Preferably with any sales experience but fresh grads are welcome Pay: Php21,000\.00 - Php25,000\.00 per month Benefits Company events Flexible schedule Flextime Health insurance Life insurance Opportunities for promotion Paid training Promotion to permanent employee Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ortigas
