The E-Commerce Fulfillment Supervisor is accountable for maintaining high fulfillment accuracy, SLA compliance, system integration integrity, and customer return performance across all online platforms. This role ensures operational reliability, protects customer experience standards, and continuously improves e-commerce fulfillment processes as the business scales. Key Responsibilities Drive fulfillment accuracy and SLA compliance across platforms Maintain ERP and platform integration integrity Oversee customer return validation and resolution Improve operational efficiency and workflow coordination Implement and optimize e-commerce tools and systems Monitor and protect online inventory accuracy Own peak-season staffing capacity and forwarder vendor performance Qualifications Bachelor's or college degree in business, logistics, or a related field. Proven experience in e-commerce operations management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively. Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and Shopify. Amenable to working in Sterling Industrial Park Meycauyan, Bulacan
